The PPM provide on-site operational
performance support and capacity
building to the
funder partners
Partner Performance Manager manage
the achievement of contractual objectives by the partners. The PPM will work with all the team in implementing
the investment fund strategy and business plan.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the funder and Partner’s team on identifying
operational and capacity building support needs
• Develop and Deliver a customized
support to the Partner to achieve the
contractual objectives and compliance
• Work closely with the funder and Partner’s team to manage
performance against monthly, quarterly and annual contractual objectives.
• Disseminate information to
partner team on the
funder initiatives,
objectives and priorities.
• Assist with the coordination
between the operational and technical partners
• Provide technical assistance to
operational partners in designing performance reports and comply with the funder requirements.
Education
• MBA or
Master’s degree in Management, Marketing or Finance from a top tier University.
Qualifications
• Expertise
in Entrepreneurship project
incubation
• Expertise
in communication, coaching, and
monitoring
• Relevant
work experience in monitoring
& evaluating NGOs, association and civil society entities
• Expertise
in dealing with funding
organization & donors
• Relevant
knowledge in reporting and
compliance management
• Proven
knowledge of regional development
issues related to socio-economic aspects
• Deep
knowledge of Microsoft Office
tools
• Fluency
in Arabic, French, and English
Experience required
A
minimum of 5 year-experience in :
• Business development
• Risk management
• Performance improvement
Innovative process design and financial skills are a plus
