As a Software Engineering Manager for Digital Vistaprint, you will lead and be apart of a team of energetic developers building features and tools in cutting edge technologies That will be seen by millions of customers.
Your role will Involve:
- Hiring, mentoring, leading, and managing a team of developers, quality engineers, and technical resources –other
- Web application development and maintenance using React.JS, Backbone.js, Node.JS, Java MVC, ASP.NET, SQL, MongoDB, HTML, and CSS / LESS
- Cross-platform mobile application development using React Native, Java and Objective C
- Learning about new technologies and Evaluating
- Contributing to a goal of continuous integration and deployment
- Application performance analysis, monitoring, and reporting
- Mentoring and training team members to enforce best practices for architecture and style though code reviews and code pairing
- Contributing to Promoting and has fun and results-driven team culture,
Exigences de l’emploi:
In return you will bring:
- Engineer degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent year technical field with at least 5 years experience working in software application development
- Possess strong leadership skills and the Ability to Provide leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for resolution of complex technical challenges
- Ability to Effectively communiquer with others from a variety of departments at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated skills with object-oriented programming, preferably in .NET / C # and Java
- Experience with JavaScript applications on Both the customer and server sides
- Design and implementation experience with SQL and No-SQL databases
- Experience working with Windows Server 2008
