SunGard is looking for a Java senior developer to be part of a new broad project team.
We are working on an innovative new platform for our future state products that will require technical expertise in composing and customizing client solutions.
You will be required to work with Java based technologies to compose core services, built by the development team, into fully functioning market specific or customer specific solutions.
You will have to write Java code and scripting code (Groovy) to customize the core application services to meet customer specific demands.
Job Purpose: Integration of services/customization of the Securities solution
Position Requirements:
•5+ years of Java development experience including 2 years working with Integration framework (e.g: Apache Camel, Spring integration, Mule ESB …) within a SOA (service oriented architectures)
•Experience working with scripting languages such as Groovy or Python
•Experience with service oriented architectures and/or event driven architectures
•Expertise with multiple RDMBs systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
•Expert knowhow of Transact SQL and PL/SQL
•BPM skills (Oracle BPM, Bonita BPM, J Boss …) and knowhow a strong plus
•Experience with JMS a plus
•Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
•Experience and Expertise with Linux and Windows environments
•Good communication skills
•Experience working in a multi-cultural and multi-regional environment
•Fluency in English & French (spoken and written)
•Diploma or equivalent in Engineering or Computer Science
