As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will lead the
effort to create a Quality Engineering team within the Digital
Engineering team in Tunis. You will start by helping to test our
products and expand our existing test automation coverage. You will
engage with stakeholders, understand their needs, and partner to develop
and deliver automated solutions. In developing these solutions, you
will be responsible for adopting organizationally accepted development
practices and architectural standards. You will then help to recruit and
train additional QE team members, to plan and execute testing, report
results, and support post-test diagnosis.
The Vistaprint DIY (“Do It Yourselfâ€) website builder has enabled
millions of small business users to create a digital identity. Over the
next several months, our team will be working to add and refine features
to make the process even easier. We believe increasing our launch
frequency from once a week to once a day will be critical to our
success.
Your role will involve:
- Executing manual testing on Digital products

Designing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining manual and
automated test cases used to execute acceptance and regression tests on
Digital products. -
Triaging automation runs, sharing results and engaging in timely
follow through to ensure that testing is leveraged most effectively on
every release -
Implementing automation with a focus on reducing the effort required
for manual testing and help significantly increase test coverage in a
limited time - Supporting training for future members of the Quality Engineering team on testing, automation process, and best practices
Exigences de l’emploi:
In return you will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a fast paced technical environment

Experience coding in a modern Object Oriented language or coding
automated tests.Experience with Quality Automation tools (QTP, Selenium,
…) - Experience in scripting languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PERL)
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and concepts
- Team player, desire to work in an entrepreneurial team
- Strong initiative, autonomous and detail oriented
- Knowledge on Agile Development methodologies is appreciated
