The Four Seasons Resort Tunis is looking for a Director of Housekeeping
The
Director of Housekeeping will report to the Director of Rooms and
ensures that our guest accommodation and all areas front and back of
house are maintained in a spotless condition at all times.
Assures that standards are met, guests and employees are satisfied and problems are promptly resolved.

As the leader of the Housekeeping team, the Director works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
The
person will be responsible for the successful opening and guest service
delivery for the Resort in Tunis, to include hiring a successful team
of professionals.
Four
Seasons Resort Tunis is an impressive 25 acres property in the Gammarth
area of Tunis overlooking the Mediterranean with 500 meters of beach
frontage. The resort is located near the central business district, Sidi
Bousid and historical Carthage; and takes its design inspiration from
this culturally rich destination.
The resort will be Tunis’s first real five star luxury property and will attract leisure, corporate and group business.
The 204 room resort also includes an impressive destination spa, two specialty restaurants and 2,000 sqm of function space.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in a Director of Housekeeping role is preferred
- Proficiency in French and English is a must
- High degree of analytical abilities
- Proven record of building strong relationships with all stake holders
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- The successful candidate must hold valid work authorization for Tunisi
